Squirt Enema

Enemas are simple to make, but like any medical practice or q sex, be careful and not abuse their use as it can damage the intestinal flora then lead to further complications.

1. Any type of douching should contain SOAP is irritating and various genital PH.

2. To perform an enema should use WARM WATER OR WARM one, just that ... You boil water and domestic and kill the microorganisms in the water and let it sit a bit.
